Product Terms

You are responsible for all activity when using the OurCircle app. You must keep your information confidential and only share with people you trust. You agree not to use OurCircle for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Service Terms

OurCircle is not a cloud-based service. All personal data is securely maintained on your device. OurCircle may experience downtime from time to time related to your Internet provider and their website access. OurCircle reserves the right to change or discontinue any features or services at any time.

You can view and update your personal information within the OurCircle app on your device at any time. Your personal information is never shared with FaceGuard, LLC or any 3rd party. Moreover, no server ever sees your data. Purchase of optional enhancements and/or services is via the appropriate platform store (Google, Apple, Microsoft) with which you already have an account.

Security

OurCircle uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. OurCircle will optionally generate a strong username and password to protect access. You are responsible for then using the strong username and password and keeping the access confidential.

Disclaimer

OurCircle is provided “as is” and “as available.” OurCircle makes no warranties, express or implied, about the product and/or service. OurCircle is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the product and/or service.

Termination

FaceGuard, LLC may terminate your access to the OurCircle product at any time for any reason. You may terminate your use of the OurCircle product at any time by deleting it from your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the State of Illinois.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and FaceGuard, LLC. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by FaceGuard, LLC from time to time.
